Key considerations during enumeration
Data from high rise buildings should not be filled and compiled just to achieve numbers.• Data of non-willing consumers shall not be recorded.
• No data shall be recorded or compiled without the consent of consumer.
• Data of asbestos sheet-based roofs or houses having unstable / kuchcha roof should not be recorded.
