SAP Approved Down Time on 18/11/2023 & 19/11/2023

The competent authority has approved the below mentioned SAP Downtime activities:-

DC Servers - Chassis No. 2 & 6 - Firmware up-gradation to latest version

Downtime Window: Saturday, 18th November 2023 8:00 PM to Sunday, 19th November 2023 11:00 AM

Business Impact: As these are DC chassis / servers and there will be no impact on production as critical applications are working with redundant server. Servers in the particular chassis will be shutdown during the activity.

Note: There will be no impact on production during the downtime activities

It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
