Sub: Zonal arrangement for RLOS for Northern, Eastern and Southern Zones.

Kindly refer to the Dte letter no. Mails/Misc/1/2023 D dated 21.08.2023 regarding proposed amendment in mail arrangement of Returned Letters Offices in connection with rationalization of RLOS & letter no. 5-1/2022-PO dated 12.09.2023 (Copies enclosed).

Following mail arrangement is prescribed for Delhi Circle w.e.f. 01.10.2023:-

All POS of Delhi Circle will forward the articles to /for Delhi RLO to the mapped DPSO /APSO /FPO /RMS /NSH/ CRC/IPH (as per the article type) Concerned FPO/RMS/NSH/CRC/IPH will close the concerned bags for Lucknow RLO and forward to the respective RMS/NSH/ICH/CRC/PH of Lucknow RLO

Also, complete closure of Delhi RLO will be effective from 01.10.2023.
