Sub: - Problems connected to 0/0 Director PLI, Kolkata - reg.
My Federation wish to bring the following burning issues facing by the staff of O/o the Director PLI, Kolkata for immediate intervention and to take suitable action by the Hon'ble DG Posts.
1. Due to non filling up of vacant posts in various cadres for the years 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-2023 the staff were facing much difficulties in discharging their duties. Ex. In Group A& B cadre- 02, Non Gazetted Gr B- 163. Isolated Posts 02, MTS - 25 and Dept Canteen - 5 total 195 posts are lying vacant and 62 are in Position out of Sanctioned strength 257. Hence these posts also may please be included in Mission recruitment Policy 2023.
2. Since 14.7.2021 no regular Director PLI, Kolkata available hence the post may please be filled up immediately on century old office.
3. It is also suggested to setup Investment Division work infrastructure in the 0/0 Director PLI Kotkata as net accretion for investment and preparation of financial review work is being done at this office.
4. Hoiding of Departmental quota examination for MTS officials against DR quota for the year om 2016 to 2023.
Hence in view of the above I request the Hon'ble D G Posts kindly take immediate action on priority basis. Yours sincerely,
