With reference to your RTI application cited above, the requested information is furnished below,

The working hours of the Post offices are generally fixed by the Head of the Circle according to the timings given in clause 5 of the Post Office Guide. The Director-General may extend the working hours of any Post office up to 8:30 P.M. and keep them open on Sundays also. (As per clause 3 of PO Guide Part -1)
2	Total duty hours of a Postal employee in a day in a Post office	The total duty hours of Postal employee in a day in a Post office is 8 hours less 1/2 hour lunch break.
3	Total hours of break time provided to a Postal employee to meet out his natural needs in a day in a Post office during his working time	No such information is available.
4	If the transactions of a Post office go upto 2000 hours in a day what will be time taken to account the transaction that took place upto 2000 hours like the money collected and the details of transaction.	No such information is available.
