Subject: Validation of data in Mail Monitoring Dashboard in MIS.

This is with reference to development of Mail Monitoring Dashboard by the CEPT for effective monitoring of delivery of accountable Mail and Parcel on the daily basis.

2.MMU Dashboard has been developed by CEPT and deployed in CEPT MIS dashboard for effective monitoring of delivery of Mails and Parcels. Reports are available under MMU reports Menu in side bar on CEPT MIS.

3. Details about the available reports in MMU Dashboard are highlighted as mentioned below:-

3.1 Mail and Parcel delivery Report: Report will display the number of articles received, Missent, Deposit, Dispatch, Invoiced to BO, Invoiced to Beats, number of Articles in deposit, redirected, deposit at EOD, articles handled in PMA and its percentage, number of articles delivered and Percentage of articles delivered, discrepancy if any and its count.

3.1.1 Reports are available for Circles, Regions, Divisions and Sub-Divisions. On Division / Sub-Division selection, all Post Offices under that subdivision and consolidated BO data of the Post Offices are displayed.

3.1.2 User can drill down from Circles to Regions, Regions to Divisions and Divisions to Sub-Divisions

3.1.3 User can click on hyperlink of Post office to get the detailed Beat level report and click on Post office BO data to get detailed reports of Branch Post Offices.

4.During the validation process of the data reflected with the actual SAP Data some hierarchical / other data mismatch issues were noticed which were taken up with the CEPT and were resolved.
