Subject: To make provision in remittance of union subscription directly to the CHQ account as per the Constitution/bye laws of Service Association in accordance with the CCS (RSA) Rules, 1993.

I am directed to forward herewith the copy of DoP&T's O.M. 2/10/80-JCA dated 31/01/1994 (copy enclosed) wherein Para 2.3 is clearly stated that the revised option for deduction, if any, can be exercised only in the month of April each year to be effective from July of that year.
