Controlling Circle Unit may examine feasibility of sparing service of concerned officials for deputation to IPPB and send their recommendation to Directorate. While sending recommendation, period spent on deputation (against ex cadre posts) during past 10 years alongwith pending Vigilance / disciplinary cases may also be sent.
3. In case of officials working in CEPT, GM CEPT will send his recommendations, including recommendation of parent Postal Circle of the official(s) concerned.
4. Recommendations of the concerned controlling Circle / unit may be sent to Directorate latest by 24.07.2023 through eMail at adspn.dte@indiapost.gov.in.
