Sir,

I am directed to forward herewith the copies of orders dated 29/05/2023 and 27/06/2023 wherein Hon'ble High Court of Calcutta has granted a stay of the operation of the instruction dated May 15, 2023 for a period of four weeks from date and further extended this interim order till 30th September, 2023 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

2.So, it is requested that kindly take necessary action in accordance with the above-mentioned court order on the above cited subject.
