- CRM complaint Handler.
- CRM SUB post office - Postmaster.
- CRM Sub postmaster - supervisor (shift/ set wise )
Procedure to Assign roles in IM Portal
- Login IM Portal using RDA login
- Assign the roles as mentioned above to the End User.
- Wait till the assigned job to be completed.
- Check the assigned roles using TCode SU01D
