- Form 11 in two copies (Witnesses sign required)
- Form 13 Affidavit , stamp value 20/-(Legal heirs sign required)
- Form 14 Disclaimer, stamp value 20/- (Legal heirs sign required)
- Form 15 Indemnity, stamp value 100/- (Sureties and witnesses sign required)
