No. The service for updating of demo graphic details in Aadhaar is chargeable in Self Service Portal in UIDAI. Updating of latest document with the existing Aadhaar is completely free. Read below for better under standing.

Dear Resident,

You are advised to strengthen your Aadhaar by updating documents in your Aadhaar database by submitting latest Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) documents. The details in POI/POA documents must match with your details mentioned in your Aadhaar. This shall help you in ensuring continued accuracy of your information in the Aadhaar database.
