SAP ECP is accessible in Public/Mobile/Broadband Network

Is SAP accessible in Public Network?

Yes. Still Accessible. But continuous access could not be possible due to frequent breaks(150seconds accessible for every 5minutes) in the public network to establish connectivity with SAP server.
