A special cover on the theme - Award of President’s colour to INS Dronacharya was released on 16th March 2023 at INS Dronacharya, Kochi. Smt. Manju Prasannan Pillai, Chief Postmaster General, Kerala Postal Circle handed over the cover to Smt. Draupadi Murmu, Hon’ble President of India
