1. A decision has been taken to roll back to DC from the DR.
2. Hence it is requested to pass on this information for your immediate action.
3. All post offices including NPOs should stop operations immediately and do the Sol closure operations.
4. All unverified transactions should be verified and completed before 1600 hours today and first and second level of Sol closure should be ensured and completed before 1700 hours compulsorily.
5. Since the switch over requires minimum 10 hours window, cpcs are requested to remain in office till such time DC closure 1st step is completed.
6. Pl circulate this information down the po level immediately and start your EOD activities right now.
7. POs are requested to kindly complete HISCOD before 1600 hrs. HSCOD will be done centrally by EOD TEAM.
8. ENTERED/POSTED/PARTLY posted list will be shared.
CPCs are requested to kindly help us by sharing the list to POs to clear the ENTERED/ POSTED/ PARTLY posted transactions.
