OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Appointment of Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh (IPo8:1988), to the post of Secretary General, Asian Pacific Postal Union (APPU), Thailand, Bangkok.
In pursuance of DoP&T O.M No. 12/12/2021-FA (UN) dated 19.12.2022, Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh (IPoS:1988), Member (Personnel), Postal Services Board is relieved of his duties w.e.f. 31.12.2022(A/N) to join his foreign assignment as Secretary General, Asian Pacific Postal Union (APPU), Thailand, Bangkok for the period of 04(Four) years w.e.f. 01.01.2023, including the period upto his superannuation, i.e.31.07.2024.
2. Terms and conditions of the aforesaid foreign assignment of Dr. Vinaya Prakash Singh (IPoS:1988), Member (Personnel), Postal Services Board are issued vide Order no. 17-3(B)/2022-SPG dated 30.12.2022. Relevant charge assumption report along with address and telephone numbers may be sent to all concerned in due course.
