Aadhaar New/ Update Packet rejection error and solution | UIDAI Update

Dear Sir/Madam,

It is observed that Enrollment (New and Update) Packets are getting rejected with reason codes Operator_BIO_VAL_FAIL, PKT_UPDATE_REJECTED_INVALID_UID and PKT_OPERATOR_ID_FAIL.

Concerned teams are looking into this issue and it is excepted to be fixed before end of the day Today. All rejected packets due to these error will be re-played/re-processed by Tech center and no additional efforts are needed from Operators.
