Hosts file entry for IPPB

Solution for Service Unavailable Error while login into IPPB Finacle portal

• Go to location C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
• Copy the hosts file and paste it into desktop
• Open the hosts file in notepad from desktop and lookup for an entry 172.23.228.110 cbslb001.ippb.in

172.23.228.110 cbslb001.ippb.in

Update the entry to 172.31.228.110 cbslb001.ippb.in

172.31.228.110 cbslb001.ippb.in

• Now copy the hosts file from desktop and replace hosts file at location C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
• Restart IE/Edge and try with CBS Login URL
