Subject: Content development i/c/w merger of PA (SBCO) and PA (FPO) with PA (PO) - reg.

In pursuance of Dte. Memo no. Q-25/11/2022-PE-I-DOP, attention is invited to the fact that the Competent Authority has approved the merger of PA (SBCO) and PA (FPO) with PA (PO) w.e.f. 01.01.2023.

2. It has been, therefore, decided that the work assignment w.r.t. FRACing, content development, creation of syllabus, etc. needs revision in order to accommodate the roles and functionalities with PA (PO) cadre.

3. It has come to notice that the work assigned to PTC Guwahati i/c/w PA (FPO) w.r.t. Dte. memo no. 01-67/2013-Trg. (Pt.) dtd. 22.01.2021 could not be completed till date. As a result, RTC, Delhi is directed to develop training module(s) with revised FRACing, syllabus and content for PA (FPO) cadre with domain level competency for the existing incumbents of PA (FPO) cadre.

4. Also, PTC, Saharanpur is directed to develop training module(s) with revised FRACing, syllabus and content for RA (SBCO) w.r.t Dte. memo no. 01-67/2013-Trg. (Pt.) dtd. 22.01.2021 to inculcate domain level competency for the existing incumbents of PA (SBCO) cadre.

5. Additionally, PTC, Saharanpur and RTC, Delhi are directed to create refresher course pertaining to in-service training of PA(SBCO) and PA (FPO), respectively.

6. Also, PTC Mysuru is directed to incorporate the required changes in the training material for PA (PO) in collaboration with PTC Saharanpur i/c/w PA (SBCO) and RTC, Delhi i/c/w PA (FPO) in order to accommodate the roles and functionalities associated with PA (FPO) and PA (SBCO) cadre with that of PA (PO) cadre.

This issues with the approval of competent authority.
