Subject: Indefinite hunger fast from 14/11/2022 by AIGDSU and NUGDS in front on Dak Bhawan
Sir.
A meeting was organized with the representatives of GDS Associations under the chairmanship of Member (P) today ie, 14/11/2022 to discuss their Charter of Demands. Various demands of the Associations were discussed in detail in the meeting and at the end of the meeting, it was decided that the GDS associations may submit a few demands along with detailed justification, on which they do not find themselves in agreement with the decision taken by the Department, so that the Department may be able to review the same positively in the coming meeting which is likely to be scheduled 15 days after receipt of the detailed proposal from the said Associations
2 Accordingly, it is requested that General Secretaries of NUGDS and AIGDSU may submit few justified demands, which are on their top priority. In view of this, it is also requested to call off this indefinite hunger fast so that the services of this department may not suffer.
This issues with the approval of competent authority.
