RICT Device Enrollment and Provisioning is yet to start | Hosts not found Problem

After Creation of Device and insertion of RH file MDM Portal, the device to be enrolled from Created Status. This can be done by allotment of device to the Branch Post Office and assigning of user to the particular device. In this case, the job is yet to start state even for an hour in MDM portal and device received multiple notifications.

For this case please connect the RICT Device with Computer through Putty or WinSCP application and check the hosts file existing in the ETC Folder
i.e
/etc/hosts
Older format
# Do not remove the following line, or various programs
# that require network functionality will fail.
127.0.0.1       localhost
192.168.0.254 hostname
192.168.0.2   gateway0
192.168.0.3   gateway1
192.168.0.4   gateway2
192.168.0.5   gateway3
192.168.0.6   gateway4

If you found the hosts entries as mentioned above, please create a new hosts file with the following entries or you may download the latest hosts files from PoTools.

New hosts format:
127.0.0.1 localhost 
172.16.20.64 darpanportal.indiapost.gov.in

Create new hosts file with above two line and the same may please be pasted in etc folder of RICT Device then pull for the notification with 
IP address 172.16.20.64
Port 7070
