How to modify CIF Minor to Major in DOP Finacle?

At present scenario,

The conversion of minor to major account at CIF level could not be possible as the option is not enabled in CMRC Menu. 

A temporary solution to be followed by our staff at field level is much useful and shared below for information

• Invoke CMRC menu in DOP Finacle
• Enter CIF ID of the customer who become major.
• Click on GO button (F4)
• PROCESSING pop up window loaded twice in the bottom right of DOP Finacle Window.
• Please note carefully that close the second PROCESSING pop-up window by clicking close button of the pop up window. (don't close the first PROCESSING popup window)
• Now everything loaded and enabled the option for changing Minor to Major as usual.

This is an temporary option and permanent solution will be provided by Infosys Team.
