SMR Generation using SMR Tool 4.0 | Use layout /SMR - FAGLL03 | /BHARUCH - MB51 | /MB5B - MB5B

Error :  check profit center that you have configured and download file from SAP

SMR Tool v4.0 Download link is attached with this post. Too Many emails received from our post friends that the SMR generation is failure when using SMR Tool v4.0 available in the PoTools.

while analysing the nature of issue in the SMR Generation, it is found that the layout has been changed for FAGLL03 i.e Default layout DOP in the layout the refence key 2 is added so that the error message shown as profit center configuration problem. The profit center configured is not matched with the files downloaded from SAP module.

The issue sortedout and rectified. Please use layout /SMR or /DOP   (ensure that / infront of DOP or SMR) in layout of FAGLL03.

Use Layout /BHARUCH for MB51 and 

Use Layout /MB5B for MB5B - Total only - non hierarchical representation.

In SMR generation Layout is play vital role and Tool works without error with the files downloaded as layout mentioned above.
