Regarding McCamish Report Problem since 30.08.2022 | Server Maintenance Update 06.09.2022

Dear All,
Reg Report issues :
It is to state that FSI contract has ended on 29.08.22 & stopped all support including phone calls and no successor.
On 30.08.22 eve noticed that Jasper Licenses were not updated.

With the help of TIBCO & IBM, Licenses got updated

CEPT is analyzing the issues.

Also w.r.t letter generation there are some issues in batches deployed...will update once a solution is received

Update on 06.09.2022:


Message received from CEPT👇

Core batch process completed up to 04.09.22 and 14,59,131 service requests which were in various queues have been processed up to 0310 hours today morning. We are able to view the processed records count. Since downtime was approved for NI vendor for replacement of hardware after 0310 hrs total disconnection from DC observed. 

Once the Network connection is established with DC, we will establish connectivity and update the status for the records pertaining to 05.09.22 also.
