Aadhaar OTP Server Error & Possible Solution

 Error Connecting to OTP server while doing operator sync.

The above error due to UIDAI OTP Server Issue / Local Machine Symantec Update problem. It can be fixed by updating Symantec End Point Protection by connecting public network.

Ensure that Symantec End Point Protect should be in Updated State.
