Solution for Finacle Accessibility issue in Post Office || New Settings for DOP Finacle

Step 1:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Goto Internet Options under Tool/Open Internet Option directly from Control Panel.
3. Click on Advanced Tab in Internet Option.
4. Scroll down to bottom and find the setting as USE TLS 1.2
5. Check/Tick Use TLS 1.2 option
6. Close all Internet explorer screen then
7. Open https://dpdcpfjc.fsi.indiapost.gov.in:1443/finbranch/ui/SSOLogin.jsp

If still problem persists do the following for enabling Finacle access through Sify Network

Step 2:

1. Open Control Panel/ Type as CONTROL in Run Command and Press enter/
2. Click Java
3. Click Advanced Tab
4. Scroll down to bottom and you can find use TLS 1.2
5. Tick Use TLS 1.2
6. Click on Apply and OK

Restart Internet Explorer for better performance.
