Procedure for Changing SAP Logon to enable DR Switchover

Respected Sir/Madam,

As per the approval of competent authority, it is proposed to conduct live DR Drill on 14th and 15th Aug-2022. All the field units will be connecting to DOP DR location at Mysuru during the drill.

For connecting to SAP servers at DOP DC and DOP DR servers without any changes, the existing (IP based) SAP LogOn configuration needs to be changed to FQDN based file.

This one time activity needs to be done in all field locations connecting to SAP by system  administrators.


Kindly find attached FQDN based Sap LogOn file along with help document.

It is requested to circulate the above information to all concerned for necessary action.
