Command for RICT Device Testing - Check device before raising ticket in Service Desk

> Connect the Device (power On condition) with PC/Laptop with LAN cable.

> Double click on Putty

> Double click on your profile created previously.

> Command window will appear.

> Type root against Login as in command window.

> System will ask for Root password:

a) Give password as visiontek for not provisioned Device.

b) Collect Root password for all the Devices of your division from the CPO, Darpan project.

> Type or paste the below command and press enter.

/mnt/sysuser/Gnome-Selfdiag -platform xcb

> Now look at the device screen and touch on options according to your needs.

#### By this way we can check faulty parts of a Device like as Biomatric Scanner, Printer, Camera, Key pad etc before raising ticket before Service Desk
