Solution for something went wrong applet loaded successfully in IPPB

Branches facing issue like “Something went wrong. Applet successfully loaded” with no ACPL desktop biometric device need to follow below mentioned steps -

1. Open the attached mail and do follow the steps as mentioned therein.
2. Open attached zip file. (SSL CHANGE.zip) and extract on desktop.
3. Copy the content (ACPLSelfHost.pfx , ACPL_LocalHost.cer and setup_ssl_run_once.bat) to folder (C:\AccessComputech\SSL).
4. Open and click on Install to install the certificate file – “ACPL_LocalHost.cer”.
5. Run as Administrator the .bat file setup_ssl_run_once.bat
6. After following these steps restart the system and log into finacle and attempt the transaction again. It should work now.

Below mentioned files should be having the date updated to today’s date after following up the instructions mentioned above.
