Such Offices are suggested to follow the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue.
- Open My PC>C Drive>POS folder
- Open POS>application>Counter>build
- Open build>version>latest version
- Open latest version in notepad
- Make 4.5 as 4.3 and save the file (ctrl+s)
- Go to PTC_3.1 folder and run start.bat
- Once the application is updated, office may check availability of further UPI transactions on CEPT MIS
