Subject: Proposal for resumption of MA 1 transit section-reg
This has reference to CPMG Tamil Nadu Circle's D.O. letter no. ML/108-142/2020 Pt dated 05.05.2022 regarding above subject.
2. Proposal of the Circle has been examined. Approval of Competent Authority is hereby conveyed for:
I. Resumption of MA-1 section with OUT TRIP in Pearl City Express Train No SR 02694 & IN Trip in Kanyakumari Express SR 02633 1. Operationalization of MA-25-IN/OUT in Nellai Express instead of the presently functional section in Kanyakumari Express
(Both with 36 berths accommodation as proposed by the Circle) 3. Circle is requested to take up the matter with concerned zonal railways for providing sectional accommodations in these trains.
