Approved downtime of SAP ECP,SAP EP, OEP (Track and Trace), TM, CRM at DC from Saturday, 14th May 2022 6:00 PM to Tuesday, 17th May 2022 6:00 AM

Respected Sir/Madam,

There will be an approved maintenance window of SAP ECP,SAP EP, OEP (Track and Trace), TM, CRM at DC for Memory Upgrade of SAP Superdome as per below schedule.

1. ECP and EP downtime from Sunday 15th May 2022 6:00 AM to Monday 16th May 2022 6:00 PM.

Impact: All ECP related applications and EP Portal will not be accessible. Bulk booking in POS will be impacted.


2. SAP CRM, TM and OER downtime From Monday 16th May 2022 6:00 AM to Tuesday 17th May 2022 6:00 AM.

Impact: CRM, TM and OER related applications and POS bulk bookings will be impacted.
