Solution for fatal error occurred while creating packets in Aadhaar

Note: Try at your own risk. Follow the procedure very carefully if any step left out the packets related to previous transactions will not be transmitted to UIDAI Server.

Click OK to Move to Home Screen. Check and ensure that all the packets are in Uploaded Status. The below process to initiate only the packets are in uploaded state.

Stop all Aadhaar related services in Services.msc such as Aadhaar Enrolment Client, Aadhaar Multiplatform Devices and Aadhaar QSSITV services.

1. Close Aadhaar Enrolment Client Application/ECA if opened.
2. Open My computer/This PC.
3. Go to drive C.
4. Open UID Authority of India\Aadhaar folder.
5. Backup Aadhaar Folder into Some other drive
6. Open "Data" folder.
7. Rename the packets-auto folder to packets-auto_old.
8. Close.

Start all the services related to Aadhaar as mentioned above.

Note : All the old packets should be upload status. Please make sure Aadhaar application is closed while performing these steps. if Issue persists kindly send a fresh mail to tech support.
