Clarification on Daily Allowance to the training at Postal Training Centres

As per the clarification letter of PTC Mysore No A/2-1/4 TA digs dated 8-11-2012, trainees at Postal Training Centers are entitled for 1/4 th of Daily Allowance as per GOI decision (3)2 below SR 164
