Sub: Booking of post examination sensitive material of CBSE-clarification on cloth packed parcels.

This is regarding booking of post examination sensitive material of CBSE from 26.04.2022.

2. It has been brought to the notice of Parcel Directorate that Circles are facing issue in acceptance of sensitive exam material packed in cloth cover bag in the light of recent "Parcel Packaging Policy" which says that no parcel should be accepted wrapped in Cloth packaging.

3. Since, refusal to booking of sensitive exam material being in cloth packaging will cause inconvenience at this stage. Therefore, Circles are requested to allow booking of post examination material of CBSE, packed in cloth cover this time. Under no circumstances, parcels should be refused at any booking centre/Post Office.

4. All nodal officers and booking centers/Post Offices must be informed immediately to do the needful as per para. 3 above.
