POS Releases Version 4.3, Released on Jan 24, 2022 Check out "What's New" and "Changes / Fixes" for this version of POS and Back Office below.

Introduction of Sender name, address and destination country code along with GSTIN of Sender and Booking in Consolidated receipt.
Introduction of an optional field "Customs Duty by sender" in international bulk upload template.
Revised format of CN23 Form.
Validation of second character in Barcode prefix is relaxed in case of
International Tracked Packet (App ePacket).
Barcode validation is relaxed in case of domestic articles.
EPayment Biller Screen enhanced to handle calculations on user input for SGB biller (Qty * Value = Total Amount).
While doing ePayment transaction of a biller, selection of other Biller ID is disabled.
Portal Induction interface (for Amazon, PLI Policy Bond and PBE) will show Sender & Addressee information, Customer & Contract ID, Addressee City / Country code and VAS details

"Franking Rebate Request Submitted" message renamed to "Franking Refund Request Submitted" while submitting franking refund request.
Error messages shown on POS Screen are customized to make it more meaningful.
Calendar minimum value is changed to 1900 instead of 1931 to enable issue of Postal identity card to super senior citizen
PoS receipt content has been rearranged to make it more meaningful in case of Miscellaneous transactions.
PoS receipt and PoS report will now show correct date and time when articles are booked during 00:01 hrs. to 01:00 hrs.
In case of Recall of Articles, Pos cash collected will now reflect in receipt side of Counter Account submission of User.
Tax tag is now made available in Transaction Log of Articles booked via Portal / Other Induction.
BO detailed report will show correct serial no. in PDF format.
Insured articles will show in Hold list in case of portal booking.
Article type will be shown as Foreign instead of NA in case of PBE article.
