ACTIVATION PROCESS
1. Sub Agents receive a ‘Welcome Mail’ from IRCTC on their Registered Email ID.
In recent time SMS code is also sent
2. E-mail and Mobile Verification
2.a Agent will verify the Email ID and Mobile Number by clicking on given link in welcome Email (To activate your account Click Here )
2.b After clicking on link a new window will open where the agent will enter the received OTP code (OTP Validity only for Calendar data )
3. Login on agent interface portal from given link for Aadhaar Verification.
3.a. Agent login by given credentials of mail.
3.b After Login user/Agent selects the “Update Profile of Subagent” menu and clicks select the “Adhaar Based KYC” option
3.c As the Agent will select the “Adhaar Based KYC” option new window will be appeared on his screen where he has to enter the CSC ID and click on submit button, an OTP will be received on Aadhaar Mobile Number, VLE enters the OTP into the OTP box and click on Validate. Aadhaar validation will be done successfully.
