PAN is Mandatory for creating CIF/Opening an Account to DOP the Customer | Validation added in DOP Finacle w.e.f 25/01/2022

As per GSPR 2018, PAN card is mandatory for opening of an Account in Post Offices

The Same was reiterated in the SB Order No.01/2022 dated 13.01.2022

The above order is implemented in DOP Finacle from 25/01/2021 in both CIF and Account Level

Account level

All should collect the PAN Card or Form 60 at the time of Account Opening or alongwith KYC.
