SMR Tool Beta Version 1.0

File Format

• Download SMR Tool from PoTools - Latest Version
• Install Supporting files and then download SMR Tool Lite version kept in D or E drive
• Create SMR_INPUT Folder.
• Download Cash in Transit, DOP Cash of AO and BO store in Separate spreadsheet in SMR_IMPUT Folder with extension of .xlsx
• Download MB51 with layout as /BHARUCH and save as MB51.xls
• Download MB5B with unconverted text and store as MB5B.txt
• Fill all text fields and date, authorized balance then click on CHECK FILE & UPLOAD DATA if all files exists
• Click on Section II for segregate the data as per SMR Section II then click export to Excel for getting SMR data with in a second.
• The data extracted as per input given by the user. The admin or developer is not responsible for accuracy of data or any data loss. use at your own risk.

CIT.XLSX FILE GENERATION:

• Invoke FAGLL03
• GL CODE 4867100000
• Enter AO Profit Center. No need to enter BO Profit

Execute and export Spread Sheet and Save as CIT.xlsx

DOP.XLSX & DOPBO.XLSX FILE GENERATION

• Invoke FAGLL03
• Enter from to date
• Press Ctrl+F1 Profit Center AO alone (dont mention BO profit center here)
• Execute

• Change Layout and Posting date.
• Click on Posting Date then Select Subtotal then export to DOP.XLSX

In same way DOPBO.XLSX can generate with only attached BO by giving start and end BO profit center with sub total.
