Instruction regarding use of DakNirantar – BC Plan Software

1. Download latest version from https://bit.ly/DakNirantar zip File

2. Unzip file on Desktop – do not create subfolders

3. There are two folder inside the DakNirantar folder

A. DaknirantarClient – Client software

B. DaknirantarServer – Server Database

4. Go to DaknirantarServer folder – click on Start_DB_server.bat for start Database . After Start DB cmd window will be open

5. Do Not Close CMD Window –

6. Then Go to DakNirantarClient Folder – click on Exe file or Start_Daknirantar.Bat file for start

Frequently Asked Questions ..

1. How can add my office facility id

Ans : Login to application and click on button “Add office for receipt and Despatch” add details of office and click on my own office Checkbox true

2. Database is not accessible error

Ans : Check whether Database is running and check IP address in Db_con.txt file contained in Dak nirantar Client folder

3. JRE location problem, java not compatible

Ans: Check whether jre folder location is proper or OS compatible with Java.

4. How to setup on client ?

Ans : Just copy DakNirantarClient folder to Client PC and change Db_con.txt file and add Server IP of DaknirantarServer folder

5. Can use for multiple office on single server?

Ans: yes

6. Article Number double showing in Manifest?

Ans: Check duplicate facility ID added.

7. How to add excel file for addition of Facility ID and format?

Ans : click on button “Add office Receipt and Despatch” go to fourth tab and prepare below type of excel file in C:/ path and upload
