Packet rejection Solution while using Aadhar GPS permanent solution - No USB, No Bluetooth, No external GPS device

Use GPS Device for Aadhaar Enrolment Client is highly recommended

It's noticed that in fixed mode of GPS, somebody are entering Longitude as Latitude, Latitude as Longitude. As a result of this, enrollments/updates are being rejected. Hence please note that X=Longitude, Y=Latitude.
