Aadhar Deficiency / Penalty / Action Taken

Incase the operator /supervisor i an employee of the registrar - Post Offices, instead of blacklisting of operator or supervisor, departmental action be taken by the respective registrar. In cases of outsourced operators by registrars, the blacklisting shall continue. However, in cases of grave or gross violations such as tampering of enrolment software, the blocklisting may be done even if the operator is an employee of the Registrar/Post Office
