Mandatory Requirement of Correct Data Entry of International Articles at the Time of Booking

This is regarding mandatory requirement of correct data entry of international articles at the time of booking.

• Incomplete or Incorrect data is being entered during booking of International Articles in PoS/ Bulk Upload leading to non transmission of data to foreign countries.

• Attached list of such offices, where such discrepancy is noted.

• Instant action is required to ensure corrective actions in all Post Offices so that complete and proper data is entered by Counter PAs while booking of Articles.

• Attached a self explanatory Informative/ training module for Counter PAs

• This must be circulated and informed to everyone, so that data entry can be improved.
