Aadhar ECA/ECMP v3.3.4.2/96-2 Launcher.exe is not found error and QSSITV Service did not respond - Resolution Method

Dear Friends,

We are facing the following issue ECA/ECMP v3.3.4.2/96-2 

ECA / ECMP v3.3.4.2/96-2 Launcher.exe is not found

Windows cannot find '.\bin\launcher.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again

QSSITV services

Windows could not start the Aadhaar QSSITV service service on local computer.Error 1503 : The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion
