Application version is not available or is invalid. Please reinstall the application

Solution

• This issue occurs, if the client version file in the Aadhaar Enrolment client folder is invalid or missing
• Please follow the below steps and resolve this issue.
• Please check the version file in the below location

C:\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar Enrolment Client\Seed

• Extract the zipped ECMP Client version file in it, after extraction, check the version file inside it. need copy and past it in the main folder

C:\UID Authority of India\Aadhaar Enrolment Client\version
