Is mileage allowance raise for journeys by road if DA increases?

Yes. Mileage rate raises 25% whenever DA increases by 50 percent.

At present, no changes in Mileage allowance by road. 

Now, there is no changes for journey performed in own car/taxi and for journey performed by auto rickshaw, own scooter, etc.,
