Authentication failed for user. Please try again in Aadhaar Enrolment Client || Onboarding Problem

 Every user should be onboarded before doing their transaction in Aadhaar enrolment client application.
While onboarding user, some time authentication error shown in the application due to the following reasons.

  • Poor/No internet connectivity
  • Biometric mismatch

Poor/No Internet Connectivity:

  • Check the Network connectivity in the PC and change the connectivity to Mobile / any other network form Sify Network or vice versa.
  • Internet connectivity issue can be analyzed by opening RUN>CMD>PING 8.8.8.8 -t
  • Switch over the best network connectivity.
  • Most probably the authentication error due to network connectivity issue.

Biometric Mismatch:

  • occasionally, the authentication error due to biometric mismatch.
  • While enrolling user in Aadhaar ECA, the aadhaar client transfer the biometric data taken locally to aadhaar remote server and compared for authentication. The authentication error shown if it is failed.
  • In this case, user requested to update their biometric in Aadhaar.
Always take only two fingers for avoiding authentication error due to biometric mismatch. if error continues, take another two fingers. Repeat this process till the error message get disappear.
Note: same operator can not update their own biometric/demographic in Aadhaar Software.
