User Manual On Child Enrolment Lite Client (CELC) - UIDAI

Step1- Adding Operator

 Open CELC App

 Click on Add Operator

 Enter your Name, operator ID & Aadhaar number

 Touch on Biometric authentication & capture your fingerprints on Biometric device.

 After successful authentication, press Add operator button.

Step2- Device Sync

(To be done on daily basis at Beginning of Day)

 Open CELC app & press Settings button

 Enter your Aadhaar number & proceed for biometric authentication.

 Go to Client Sync option & Touch on Client Sync Operator Sync (To be done only once in Beginning)

 Press settings button in CELC app & go to Operator Sync.

 Enter required details & go for biometric authentication. 

Process for CELC Mobile number update

 Open CELC app & go to mobile update option.

(Collect Rs. 50/- from customer)

 Enter new mobile number of customer which is to be updated in Aadhaar & Captcha code given at screen of mobile, Generate OTP

 Enter Aadhaar number of customer & OTP.

 Capture fingerprints of Yourself (End user) & Customer

 Press Update mobile & Ok

 After finishing all transactions of day, count the number of transactions & now go to *Micro ATM App* & enter count of transaction in *Aadhaar mobile update* option displayed on main screen of MATM app.

(No need to enter amount here, just enter number of total transactions done during the day, it will automatically multiply by 50, calculate & updated in Transaction history of MATM app)
