WORK SCHEDULE RULE
WSRUGEN1 for an employee working in DO, RO and CO. (WSRUGEN2 for GDS in SO)
WSRUGNE2 for an employee working in HO, SO and BO. (WSRUGDS3 for GDS in BO)
Issue noticed while confirm schedule in SAP Employee Staff Schedule System, the staff name is not listed due to wrong selection/non changing of schedule rule for an official.
- Invoke TCode PA30
- Enter Official Employee ID Press Enter
- InfoType 007 - Planned Working Time
- Change work schedule rule as per employee working location as mentioned above
- SAVE the changes
PROCESS EXPLATION :
Maintaining Infotype 0007:
Please maintain infotype 7 in PA30 from the date of joining for the future issues. Before creating a new one please do check that infotype 0007 exists or not for that particular employee by clicking on overview. If No Records is shown then 0007 is not there.
Then create as below.
Start date has to be joining date of employee in case of first time creation of infotype 0007. By default the work schedule rule has WSRUGEN1. In case you need to maintain another you can maintain by changing this. The save. In case any information in yellow please hit enter button.
(If you wish to change the Work Schedule, just copy the current record and maintain a new record from the first date of current month).

If an employee has transferred on 1st of August from GEN1 to GEN2,just copy the current record and enter the “Date of transfer” and a new record will be created as shown above. Don’t edit the previous records as it might affect the leaves applied earlier.
