Discontinuance of records as per Postal Manual Volume VI Part III

1. Postal Manual Volume VI Part III Rule No.2(1)(b) Maintenance of BO Summary and SO Summary is discontinued.

2. In order to avoid Unnecessary remittance of Cash - Payment through acquaintance rolls with revenue stamp discontinued as per Rule No.6

3. Preparation of SO Account is discontinued as per Rule No. 78 B - Preparation of SO Account.

4. Usage of ACG 11, 12, 13 and 14 discontinued as per Rule No.84 (3) - remittance to and drawings from, treasury and Bank
